Golden Heart Foundation (GHF) is committed to identifying, nurturing and empowering young people and women across Nigeria and the African continent.
Since inception, GHF has remained unwavering in its mission to train, retrain, retool, reawaken and reorientate the consciousness of the youth, a demographic with immense potential that Africa is richly endowed with.
Over the years, GHF has facilitated training programs, scholarships, SME scale-ups, skill acquisition workshops, free health screenings and treatments, medical material donations, nutritional support and shelter for the underserved.

Dr Chuks David Ogbueli
Founder
Dr. David Ogbueli is a Nigerian charismatic Christian leader, author, and management consultant. He is the founder and president of Dominion City Church Global and leads youth empowerment and leadership organizations like the Golden Heart Foundation and Institute of National Transformation.
Background & Ministry
- Birth: Born April 28, 1968, in Alor, Anambra State, Nigeria.
- Education: Studied Industrial Chemistry at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), and attended executive programs at Lagos Business School, NIPSS, and Harvard Business School.
- Church Leadership: Founded Dominion City, which has grown to over 5,000 branches globally, with major roots and presence in Abuja, Nigeria.
- Family: Married to Sarah Ogbueli, and they have four children.

Strategic Advisor
With a focus on innovation, growth, and effective decision-making, she offers perspectives that help the Foundation identify opportunities, address challenges, and strengthen its approach to delivering impactful programs. The role also involves supporting the development of strategies that enhance the Foundation’s effectiveness, visibility, sustainability, and engagement with key stakeholders.
Mr Norbert Ogochukwu Onaga
Board Member & Vice President
With a strong passion for community development and humanitarian service, he works closely with the President and other Board members to guide the Foundation’s vision, policies, programs, and initiatives. The role involves contributing to important organizational decisions, strengthening partnerships, supporting resource mobilization, and ensuring that the Foundation’s activities remain focused on the needs of the communities it serves.
Mr Benjamin Tersue Kpongo
Board Member & Director Of Training
As a Board Member and Director of Training at Golden Heart Foundation, he plays an important role in strengthening the Foundation’s capacity through effective leadership, training, mentorship, and professional development. With a strong commitment to learning and community empowerment, he helps develop initiatives that equip staff, volunteers, beneficiaries, and community members with relevant knowledge, skills, and practical tools.
James Uko Kalu Igwe (SAN)
Board Member & Legal Adviser
As a Senior Advocate, Board Member, and Legal Adviser of Golden Heart Foundation, he provides valuable legal expertise, strategic guidance, and leadership in support of the Foundation’s mission and objectives. With a strong commitment to justice, integrity, and community development, he contributes to ensuring that the Foundation operates responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Executive Director
As the Executive Director of Golden Heart Foundation, she provides overall leadership and strategic direction to the organization, overseeing the implementation of its mission, programs, and long-term objectives. With a strong commitment to community development, humanitarian service, and sustainable impact, she works to translate the Foundation’s vision into meaningful initiatives that improve lives and strengthen communities.
Dr Shola Olapade
South West Regional Coordinator
As the South West Regional Coordinator of Golden Heart Foundation, he provides leadership and coordination for the Foundation’s activities and initiatives across the South West region. With a strong commitment to community development, youth empowerment, and social impact, he works to ensure that the Foundation’s vision and programs effectively reach and benefit communities within the region.

South East Regional Coordinator
As the South East Regional Coordinator of Golden Heart Foundation, he provides leadership and coordination for the Foundation’s programs, initiatives, and community engagement activities across the South East region. With a strong commitment to social development, community empowerment, and humanitarian service, he works to ensure that the Foundation’s mission and values are effectively translated into meaningful action at the regional level.
