Since its establishment, the Foundation has offered a number of trainings, scholarships, SME scale ups, skill acquisition workshops, free health screenings, treatments and medical materials donations, nutritional support and shelter to many in need with high-impact and far-reaching solutions as evidenced in the lives of the less privileged.

Enterprise Development

GHF in collaboration with experts from various fields, seasoned trainers and experienced entrepreneurs, offers several business development services targeting youth and women led Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. These include entrepreneurship and business plan development, business coaching and mentorship, training, feasibility studies, linkages to financial services and markets.

Education Program

Development of community-based programs for children and young people, as well as those for private and public elementary schools, senior high schools, and institutes of technical, vocational, and applied training. Initiatives include promoting inclusive education, developing entrepreneurial and financial skills, and protecting children.

Socio-economic Empowerment

Promote the accomplishment of sustainable Livelihoods via capacity building & Vocational skills, and mentorship programming focusing on women and young people in marginalized communities. GHF's programs for economic development assist both men and women in building a stable financial future for themselves and their families. Our efforts are directed on raising household incomes, employment rates, and productivity.

Community Health

With the express purpose of raising their level of life, we offer timely education and intervention programs to less fortunate individuals who struggle with access to safe and effective medical exams, supplies, and treatments because they lack health insurance. The goal is to increase healthy living and decrease mortality.

Advocacy

Advocacy is a cross cutting theme across all the GHF programs. We champion the adoption of pro-sustainable livelihoods policies at national, county and community levels. Our various advocacy programs are carried out in different states to foster peace, unity and promote justice and equity for all.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES/ADVISORS

Dr. David Ogbueli

Chairman/Board of trustees Dr. David Ogbueli is the President of the Golden Heart Foundation in Nigeria, which is committed to developing and empowering Nigerian and African Youths through its numerous development and capacity-building programs. Among them is the annual “National Youth Summit” which empowers over 50,000 youths annually with trainings, mentorship, and economic empowerment opportunities. He is a technocrat, teacher, and government consultant with a vision to transform the youths of Africa. He is a firm believer in national transformation and has crisscrossed the length and breadth of Nigeria and Africa providing enlightenment and empowerment to the African youths. He also sits on the board of the Institute of National Transformation (INT) headquartered in Nigeria, an organization that has gathered continental acclaim for training national leaders and thought leaders across the continent of Africa. Dr. David Ogbueli is also the Senior Pastor of Dominion City International with branches in the major cities of Nigeria, and many African countries. He is a widely sought-after teacher, speaker, and social reformer. He is a firm believer in the Nigerian Project and the African renaissance. He has championed the establishment of the Center for National Development and the National Youth Academy. These are centers dedicated to the project of mindset change, personal development, career development, economic empowerment, and social transformation. He is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he also obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Chemistry. He also holds an Honorary Doctorate degree and is an alumnus of the National Institute of Public Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), he is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria. He is a true family man married to Pastor Sarah Ogbueli and they have four children.
